“Living Sensationally”– an exquisite holiday experience for spirit seekers celebrating Yoga and other joys on the stunning island of Limnos, Greece in the North Aegean sea.

Who is this holiday for?

Lovers and students of yoga will find no more beautiful a venue to enjoy a range of stunning yoga and meditation practices. International Yoga Teacher Bel Gibbs will be looking after you on and off the mat and sharing her incredible wisdom and experience. Each day will begin & close with a therapeutic practice - a yoga flow on the ocean shore to harness the energy of the elements in the morning, restorative yoga when energy drops & tranquil meditation, or mindful practice at dusk to still the mind after each day. Yoga Nidra or ‘enhanced sleep’ will ease you from day to night and into deep relaxation and sleep.

What is it?

A wonderful week of enjoyment and relaxation on a beachfront property on a little-known Greek Island. Limnos is a “Locals Island”, unspoiled and authentic. This holiday will cater to approximately 12-18 yoga lovers and spirit-seekers. Partners or traveling companions are welcome.

Additional Costs for you to consider

  • Return flights to Limnos. Direct flight schedules are not released until March 2022. Another option is to book return flights to Athens, then book connecting flights to Limnos in March. There is also an option to fly to Thessaloniki. Additionally, you may wish to extend your holiday and spend a few nights in Athens or Thessaloniki

  • Car hire. Approx 35e per day and a good investment to enable you to explore the island

  • Evening meals. Myrina boasts an impressive array of vibrant and inexpensive bars, bistros, and restaurants for you to enjoy. It’s a great way for you to continue your exploration of your senses, the theme of the holiday! Notable here – taste, touch, sight, and sound. We will be able to give you our recommendations depending on your taste on the day, and any dietary concerns you may have

  • Therapeutic Massage with Bel. A range of massages can be enjoyed in the comfort of your room and paid for on the day.
